Delete your account

Option 1: In the app (instant)

Open AlifPal, go to Profile, and tap Delete account. After confirming, your account and learning data are deleted immediately — no need to reinstall the app or contact us.

Option 2: By email (no app required)

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@alifpal.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your profile (email, name, avatar)
• your lesson progress, streaks, and exercise history
• your push notification token

Anonymous, non-identifying crash diagnostics already sent to our crash-reporting provider (Sentry) before deletion may be retained by them under their own data retention schedule, since they are not linked back to your account.
