Delete your account

Option 1: In the app (instant)

Open AlifPal, go to Profile, and tap Delete account. Tick the two confirmations and confirm it's you (your password, or your Google or Apple account). Your account and data are deleted right away. There's no need to reinstall the app or contact us.

Option 2: By email (no app required)

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@alifpal.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your account and profile (email, name, @handle, bio, profile picture)
• your streak and activity history
• the "Learned" logs you shared and the reactions you gave
• your follows, followers, and blocks
• the notifications your activity created for others
• the feedback, bug reports, and reports of posts or users you sent from the app
• your onboarding answers and push notification token

Lesson progress, exercise answers, and practice recordings are stored only on your phone; deleting the app removes them.

Anonymous crash diagnostics already sent to our crash-reporting provider (Sentry) before deletion may be kept by them under their own retention schedule, since they are not linked to your account.
