These terms govern your use of the AlifPal mobile app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

AlifPal provides Arabic-language lessons for personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be able to lawfully enter into these terms in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend systems;
• upload content (such as a profile picture) that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

Content

Lessons, audio, illustrations, and other app content are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without our permission.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
